Here's our process

Step 1.

You contact us and we ask you some questions about your job to establish how we can best be of service. 

We will clarify with you:-

• The details of your job.

• The timeline you're working to.

• Your major concerns about the work.

• Your ideal outcome.

Step 2.

We evaluate your job and provide you with a written quote detailing the works you’ve requested.

• Our price, including labour and materials, will be either emailed, posted or delivered to you for your consideration.

• This quote will also include an estimated site start date and timeline based on the information you have provided us.

Step 3.

You engage our services and we provide you with a contract to read through and sign off on.

• Once you’ve signed our contract we will collect your deposit and lock in your start date.

• We will provide you with a copy of the contract for your records too.

Step 4.

We start work, keeping you fully informed of site progress or any changes that occur throughout the job.

• At the end of each day we leave the worksite in a clean and safe condition.

Step 5.

We finish work and collect your final payment.

• We issue you with a receipt of works performed along with any certification of works for electrical or plumbing work.

Step 6.

You get to enjoy your new space for years to come and tell all your friends about your fantastic experience with us.
